Welcome to the online home of the Atlantic County Numismatic Society (ACNS). We are a passionate group of coin collectors located in Atlantic County, New Jersey and we meet monthly.
All are welcome to join the ACNS, in fact, bring a friend to our next meeting. You don’t have to be an expert Numismatist, you just have to be enthusiastic about coins!
We meet on the First Wednesday of the month at The Linwood Public Library from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. More information is on our meetings page.

Numismatics is the scientific study of currency and its history in all its varied forms. While numismatists are often characterized as students or collectors of coins, the discipline also includes a much larger study of payment media used to resolve debts and the exchange of goods.
