Auction Rules:
• Consignor (seller) must be an ACNS member and must include their Member Number on this form.
• Consignee (buyer) and Consignor (seller) agree that ACNS is NOT RESPONSIBLE. Buyer beware.
• Once an item is on the auction table, it will be auctioned. No direct purchases or side deals allowed.
• Certified Grade column is only for coins graded by NGC, NCS, PCGS, ANACS, and ICG.
• Grading Committee has the right to inspect all lots and revise the Consignor’s descriptions.
• Lots must be clearly labeled with the Lot# using stickers provided.
• Fee is $2 for sheets under $100, $5 for sheets $100 or more.
• Returns are accepted until auction sheet is complete. After which all sales are final.
• Cash only, due at hammer, unless Consignor agrees to accept another payment method.
